Get into the Art Car spirit at The Starting Line Party! Starting at 11am, Allen Parkway from Bagby St. to Taft St. will be filled with all of the over 250 Art Cars participating in this year's parade. Join them as they get ready for their favorite 3-mile drive all year! Live music, food & beverages, street performers, and so much more!
