This Spring Mid Main celebrates the 10th year anniversary of the First Thursday Block Party!! This community event kicks off on March 3rd benefitting the beloved Houston icon The Orange Show Center for Visionary Arts in celebration of the return of the Houston Art Car Parade.

 

Enjoy live music by Dem Roots, D-fi & the Contenders, Luba Dvorak’s Brooklyn Twang and the incredible run of Beetle, who has played the Continental Club every Thursday for the last 20 years straight!! This event will feature art shows by Tess Doyle and AVM Watkins. Mid Main is also thrilled to announce the return of the Night Market in Winbern Street featuring a collection of local artisans, makers and farmers!!

 

Wrist bands for the event will benefit the Orange Show Center for Visionary art and can be purchased for $10 on the website or in person at the event check-in located at 3550 Main Street. Enjoy beverages compliments of longtime supporters Saint Arnold Brewing Company and newly our new friends at Frankly Vodka with purchase of event wristband.
