Hundreds of amazing volunteers fuel Houston’s Art Car Parade—from selling T-shirts and stocking beverage booths to lending a truck (or a strong back) to haul the weird and wonderful stuff that brings this event to life.

When you volunteer, you’re jumping into a Houston tradition that’s helped fuel the city’s creative spirit for 39 years.
It’ll be zany. It’ll be hot. Things may get a little chaotic. You’ll meet some seriously awesome people. And somehow, by the end of it all, you’ll be smiling and thinking, Yep, totally worth it.
